Interntion is a UK-registered EduTech company founded in 2022. We work with students, universities, and employers across the United Kingdom, India, and Nigeria to remove the barriers between academic study and professional career success.
Our model is simple: we match ambitious students with vetted, paid internship placements, provide the CV and interview coaching to get them through the door, and assign a dedicated mentor to support them throughout their placement.
To date, more than 500 students have secured placements through Interntion, with a 95% placement success rate and partnerships with 50+ industry employers.

How We Measure Our 95% Success Rate
We believe in full transparency about how our headline metric is calculated.
Success Rate Methodology
Interntion's 95% placement success rate is calculated as follows:
- Numerator: The number of students who completed Interntion's full onboarding process (application, profile review, CV preparation, and matching) and subsequently accepted a confirmed, paid internship offer through the platform.
- Denominator: All students who completed the full onboarding process within the same reporting period.
- Excluded: Students who did not complete onboarding, students who withdrew their application voluntarily, and students who were ineligible for placement due to visa or right-to-work restrictions.
- Period: Based on cumulative internal placement records from 2022 to the date of last update (2025).
